Polyfloral honey is of higher quality and is considered to be a complex honey, since it is obtained from the nectar of several plant species. Polyfloral honey is richer in vitamins and mineral salts than monofloral honey. It contains vitamins – B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, vitamin C, vitamin K-, minerals -Fe, Ca, Mg, Boron -, enzymes, organic acids and hormones, glucose and fructose.
