RETURN POLICY OF OUR ONLINE SHOP

 

In accordance with O.U.G. Ordinance nr. 34/2014, any customer has the right to return the purchased product, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the package. According to GEO 34/2014, food and cosmetics are products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly and are exempted from the right of withdrawal.

Therefore, the products sold through this online store are products that are exempted from the right of withdrawal, according to art. 16 of GEO 34/2014, due to the fact that they are perishable products. They cannot be returned for health protection / hygiene reasons.

The customer is not entitled to return unless after unsealing the package, he will find in the package other products than those ordered.

The products we do not accept as a return are:

  • Unsealed products
  • Products with damaged packaging, although sealed
  • Foods with an expiry shelf life, sensitive to temperature and changes in humidity, whose properties may change between the moment of opening the package and the moment of return.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

  1. The customer announces the intention to return by phone +40 771462437 or by email vanzari@tomishoney.ro.  After the notification, we determine if the products are eligible to initiate the return process.
  2. The customer makes a request to any express courier company he wants. The transport cost is borne exclusively by the Client.
  3. After receiving the package, we will refund the corresponding amount to the bank account indicated by the Customer within maximum 14 days.

IMPORTANT:  If the return procedure is not followed and the Customer sends the return-package without prior notice, we reserve the right not to accept the return.
